Contributor Release Agreement

This Contributor Release Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of submission (the "Effective Date") by and between the-tower.notion.site ("we," "us," or "our") and you, the contributor ("you" or "Contributor").

1. Contribution.

You desire to provide certain content, which may include but is not limited to text (such as tips, frequently asked questions), images, and other media (collectively, the "Contribution"), for inclusion in our knowledge hub related to the game The Tower (the "Knowledge Hub").

2. License Grant.

By submitting your Contribution, you hereby grant to us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publicly perform, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit your Contribution in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose whatsoever, including without limitation the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Knowledge Hub.

3. Open License.

You understand and agree that your Contribution will be made available to the public under an open license, which may allow others to freely use, copy, modify, and distribute your Contribution, potentially even for commercial purposes, without requiring further permission from you or us, provided they comply with the terms of the applicable open license. We will clearly indicate the applicable open license under which the Contribution is made available within the Knowledge Hub.

4. Representations and Warranties.

You represent and warrant that:

• You are the sole author and owner of the Contribution and have the full right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to grant the licenses herein.
• Your Contribution does not infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights (including copyright, patent, trademark, or trade secret rights) or any other rights of any third party.
• Your Contribution is accurate and does not contain any defamatory, libelous, or otherwise unlawful material.
• You have obtained all necessary permissions and releases from any individuals or entities whose likeness or work is included in your Contribution.

5. Attribution.

While not always required by the open license, we will endeavor to provide appropriate attribution to you as the original contributor where feasible and customary within the Knowledge Hub. The manner and form of attribution shall be at our sole discretion.

6. No Compensation.

You acknowledge and agree that you are providing your Contribution voluntarily and that you will not receive any monetary compensation or other form of remuneration for your Contribution, unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement.

7. Governing Law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. The parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
