First of all, thank you for considering to submit a FAQ to the knowledge hub!

In the process of submitting a FAQ, think about about questions that you may have asked others in your own Tower journey, especially when you started out. Or think about questions that you often see asked on Discord and Reddit. These would be the most impactful types of FAQs that will help other players. Also note:

Characteristics of good FAQs:

• Clear and Concise: The question should be easily understood, and the answer should be direct and to the point. Avoid jargon, abbreviations or overly complex language.
• Actionable (where applicable): If the FAQ explains a process or a feature, it should provide clear steps or guidance on what the player should do.

Characteristics of bad FAQs:

• Blanket Statements/Absolute Truths: These are FAQs that use words like "always," "never," "everyone knows," or "you have to." These are bad because the game is complex, and viable strategies vary based on a ton of different factors.
• Missing or Incomplete Information: Answers that leave out crucial details or steps.
• Vague Questions and Answers: FAQs that lack specific guidance. Q: “How do I improve?” A: “Just max things” are both not very helpful! 🙂
