A term used by the community that refers to aspects of health (e.g., Tower Health, Wall Health, Death Wave Health) , regen (e.g., Health Regen/Wall Regen), and your defense (e.g., Defense %, Defense Absolute), that helps ensure your survivability.
It is often also used in the context of someone’s build. I.e., an eHP-build being one that relies on health/thorns/orbs etc. (such as Orb Devo, Turtle and many forms of Blender), as opposed to a damage-build (such as Glass Cannon).
