Demon Mode Card

An epic card that enables you, once per round (by default), to activate Demon Mode, increasing the damage by x3 and becoming invincible for [X] seconds.

By reaching Tier 14, wave 60 you unlock the the Recharge Demon Mode lab which enables you to recharge the ability over a number of waves after activating.
Demon Mode can also be further enhanced in the Vault (Demon Mode Automation and Smart Demon Mode Automation).
