Respect primarily refers to a Workshop respec that allows you to reset your workshop. The respec only effects coins invested in your workshop and Workshop Enhancements. By default, a respec costs 150 Gems - but can be reduced via Vault upgrades.
A “respec” may also refer to resetting your Bots (Bot Respec). This respec will reset the medals invested in bots, which you then can place differently. Bot respec costs 300 gems and can only be done once per event. The gem costs can be reduced via Vault upgrades.
